Chef Hassan
My name is Hassan Adenola and I am the founder and head chef of Chef Hassan’s Kitchen. We cater to private events and social gatherings across the GTA. It gives me great pleasure to be at your service. We combine unique recipes with the freshest ingredient and spices to bring an everlasting food experience to you and your guest. As the head chef, I enjoy the challenges of leading and managing a team, creating a positive work environment and producing exceptional dishes that keep our guests coming back for more.

I am an international and multi-award-winning Chef. I was born in Germany, raised in Canada and started my chef career at fourteen. My passion for food and cooking has brought me around the world. This has allowed me to work and cook different cultural cuisines, with different chefs around the globe for over ten years. My culinary expertise has allowed me to specialize in Canadian, West African, Caribbean, Italian, and European cuisines. I love the joy that food brings out of people and I strive to perfect each dish presented to you and your guests.

I have been working in the culinary industry for over five years. During this time, I've worked in various restaurants and food establishments, where I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge. I have a true passion for cooking, and I enjoy nothing more than creating unique and delicious dishes for our guests. I specialize in Caribbean and Italian dishes. Each cuisine has its own unique flavours, ingredients and techniques, and I enjoy exploring them all. Whether it’s a private dining evening or catering, we will leave a lasting impression on you and your guests.

Growing up in Toronto, I found my passion for cooking at the age of 15. Over the past decade, I’ve spent countless hours in the kitchen cooking and creating dishes made with love. Since I started cooking professionally, I have been fortunate enough to work in many fine dining environments and try my hand at many different types of cuisine. These experiences have not only expanded my knowledge in culinary art, but also have enabled me to specialize in Greek, Italian and Canadian cuisine. One plate at a time with joy in every bite.
